What is a soul worth? Whatever it takes to save it! Over the past few years, many people that I have known have lost their lives for one reason or another, some because of health reasons and others because of poor choices. Some were strong Christians, others were broken and lost people. Some went into glory while others into never ending torment. Today I am doing a service for a friend not really knowing what happened but have a confident peace that I will see him in heaven. Recently, I have scrolled through the contacts on my phone, my “prayer list”, and seen the names of those who have died and thought, “Did I do enough, but just not enough, did I make a difference for the kingdom?” I often pray over what is written in *Romans 12:9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.* There will be a cost in encouraging others, but we must set aside our own goals and agendas, and when God leads us to reach out, we must be obedient to the direction of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes to encourage a person, all that person needs is a text, a phone call, some sort of message to let them know that Jesus loves them and that you love them too! I know it has helped me more times than I can count. May the grace and peace of the Lord Jesus be upon you, my Beloved.

I pray that you have a blessed day and the Lord walks with you through the service!!
