After the celebration of the Resurrection of our Lord, what do we do now? Do we go back to what we have always done or do we go forward with Resurrection Power? I have seen many acknowledge Jesus on Easter Sunday and renounce Him first thing on Monday morning. Some, disqualify themselves because after the emotion fades, they look at the gospel as a fairytale, the good news of salvation a myth, and the saving message with a future hope a lie. The majority of the population doesn’t realize that there is a fierce battle going on over souls. No matter where a believer is at in their walk with the Lord Jesus, they must seek to fulfill in faith what is written in *Philippians 3:10 [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope]* The Resurrection changed everything by proving that Jesus is the Son of God and that his promises of forgiveness and eternal life are absolutely true. It broke the finality of death, turning it into a temporary passage rather than a permanent end for those who believe. Finally, it provides believers with a new “resurrection power” through the Holy Spirit to overcome sin and live a life filled with hope and purpose from the day He resurrected forward. My heart for all who confess Jesus as the risen Savior is that you seek to understand your true identity as a child of God and I encourage you to walk confidently in Resurrection Power. May we never forget what is written in *Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.* My prayer is simple, “Heavenly Father, I thank You that the Resurrection of Jesus Christ changed everything and did not end on Easter Sunday so many years ago. I pray that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, continually being transformed into His likeness day after day. May I never return to my old ways but walk forward in Resurrection Power, knowing my identity as a child of God is all because of You. I ask that Your Spirit, who raised Jesus from the dead, gives healing to my mortal body, also giving me boldness to overcome the spiritual battles that so often overwhelm me at times. Thank You for the gift of salvation, and I ask for the grace to live confidently in that truth every day from this Bright Monday forward, in Jesus’ precious and powerful name, Amen.
My BeLoved, may the grace and peace of the Lord Jesus, the love of God the Father, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen. In Christ Love, douglas. HE>i. pastord.blog

I am encouraged to see certain verses playing out before my eyes like what is written in *Philippians 4:16 For even in Thessalonica you sent aid once and again for my necessities. 17 Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.*
