Dear Heavenly Father, I humbly come to you in the name of Your Son, Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Recently, the days have been very challenging for my family from the moment the sun comes up and the enemy seems to be winning. You know every decision I need to make and every challenge my family and I face on a regular basis. Lately it seems that the problems just don’t stop and You feel so far away. We are battling different health issues, hardships, and a depressed nature in thought, purpose, and action. The fatigue that I am experiencing is so disheartening. You know the times I experience fear and doubt and lose my Joy of the Lord. I am so glad I can come to You in prayer, and have You remove that fear and give me the faith and confidence that I need to trust You to help me endure. Please help me to cling to You more today than I ever have before. Please forgive me for the times I try to figure this life out all on my own, or when I look to people to give me what only You can provide, peace, joy, and love. When I get distracted as I have been so much lately, please help me to focus on what You would have me do. I need Your Holy Spirit to give me strength, wisdom, and direction. I need Jesus to walk with me in the dark as He does in the light. Thank you, that Your angels are watching over me and my loved ones. Lord, have mercy on the lost that I come in contact with and give them the opportunity to come to You and be spared from the awful judgments coming to this world. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and use me to share Your love with those around me that do not know You. Thank you Lord, for the opportunities that have been given to me to witness to the lost, especially in my own brokenness. Give me the right words to speak to them and prepare their hearts to receive You. I believe that when I get to heaven I will be amazed at the many things that You have protected me from in this life and for that I will be eternally thankful.
